They love it. Thank God & St. Joseph, they LOVE it. I left the house for 40 minutes, & when I came back, the Realtor and the buyers were just sitting in the dining room, "soaking up the love". Yeah, I don't know what that means either but THEY LOVE IT. The Realtor told me to expect an offer some time on Monday or Tuesday, after they meet with their loan officer. It's going to be a loooooong weekend. Labels: must. sell. house.
